Keep it simple stupid, or KISS, is the principle that unnecessary complexity be avoided. It is the most comprehensive, but I just can't past the Disneyesque cartoon illustrations that punctuate the text: they tend to diminish the seriousness of the content, signaling something "light" in content (which, we know, astrology is far from light).
